    Default Newbie saying hello

Hello, everyone I just found this board a couple of days ago and let me say for e34's it kicks the proverbial. anyway I was posting to find out whether there is many people clued up on E28's as well. As i have an e28 528i (m30b28) 10 years younger than my e34.

Specifically i am planning to buy some boge turbos for my e28 and i was wondering which parts on this diagram http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...15&hg=31&fg=10
from realoem are the bumpstops, and also whether it is okay to use the OEM bumpstops with boge turbos (as the original were boge but not turbos)

I was also wondering whether an EAT chip will work well on a Euro Spec Non-Vanos m50 525i

G'day mate and welcome aboard. I can't see the bumpstops on the url you posted.

I found the bumpstops here, part number 10.

If your using stock height springs, then I would say the OEM bumpstops are fine. I was under the impression that you would use shorter bump stops for lower springs to increase the spring travel.

Cheers I had a suspicion it was was that one, funny how they can't make decent descriptions for their parts. Idle Control valve is called auxillary air slide valve or something stupid. what do they call a replacement accelerator pedal? a velocitator?
