750iL project interest?

Hey all, my 1995 750iL needs some work and I'm not sure if I want to under take it. Anyone out there interested in a project car? It's in great shape, 95k, black on tan, 18" breyton inspirations. The problems are: it needs a new radiator/hoses and fan, passenger front window needs a new motor, rear sunshade doesn't work, dash lights are dim, broken fog light, and a small oil leak that the BMW dealership said was minor and an unnecessary repair.

Let me know if you're interested in this for a project, or would be interested in the car if I got everything fixed up.
