Default Headlight out but not LKM or bulb

I tested my LKM by using another one in my car, 95 540, and the headlight was still out. So it's doesn't look to be the bulb or LKM. Is there anything I can check before taking it to my mechanic?

I assume that you tested the burned out bulb on the other side or another car to confirm it is dead? And a new bulb in place of the burned out one also? Did you check the fuse? The headlights are on seperate circuits for obvious reasons.

    Good Luck,

Check out the male connector on the harness at the headlight. One of the wires inside the connector on my car had burned through and shorted out. You couldn't see it unless looking very carefully.
