I wouldn't see why not, Looks like a good price. I don't know about the whole "touring" thing :P

That's a pretty good deal $-wise imo. He doesn't mention it but if the suspension hasn't been replaced at 122K it's going to need shocks, springs, uppers and lowers and maybe some tie rods etc.
