Has anybody done R&R on the rear wheel bearing for an E36? Experiences?

I once did one on a 2002 and it was a b-atch. The inner race of the inner bearing was well frozen to the stub axle. I note on the E36 there is only one cartridge bearing and the CV shaft is the axle.

Still, trying to decide if it's worth paying the stealer or an indy to do the job.
