Maybe, but the original O2 sensor on the iX ran just fine for 150000 miles. Replaced it and exactly NOTHING changed. So, I'd say there's no reason to assume a 100000 interval isn't reasonable.

If you keep your car in an excellent shape, O2 sensor will probably outlive your engine.

MY sensors (2) in my 95 went at 80,000 miles after 10 years
