Will those fit my e34?

Hello!!!

I just bought from a friend some alpina rims (from an e32 750) and i wonder if thet are going to fit in my e34... The offset is ET14 for the front and ET28 for the rear. The front are 8.5 J and the rear 10 J. The tyres are 235/45/17 for the front and 255/40/17 for the rear. My car is a e34 520i m50.
