Here's the kicker - I tried to use the "Watch this item" in My Ebay, but it is being blocked. I use this all the time, so I know it works. I'll have to watch it manaully and enter the item #, and be entertained.

ha ha.. at least he bumped the mileage up to something more correct. I wonder what they'll have to say about the mileage on the odo reading 26k.

Something must have happened for him to suddenly know the correct mileage and that the cluster was changed in 2000...and if changed at the dealer why didnt they change the mileage chip, at least he is a little bit more honest.

then why in the first auction did it say "IMMACULATE SOUTHERN BMW 535 535I *SUPER LOW MILES"
the lies were told, it's hard to claim "I did not know" now!!!

I am glad he got nailed and ebay has not retracted the feedback I left him - I doubt they ever will.

Someone should ask him to make the auction public instead of private so we can determine for ourselves if there is shill bidding going on or not.
