Love to jump in the car and come up... Finances kill that idea!! Would be an awesome roadtrip tho. All the aus E34 owners should come down to Tassie and meet up. Have a week driving all the Targa Tasmania tarmac Rally stages!!

Hi Kris,

Saw your video of the Wakefield run in trackmedia site. The one you were chasing the blue WRX. Did you lose it in the last corner ?. Appears you went off that corner ?. Really nice track. But I don't recall seeing a hairpin.

Darn, I should have videoed my old track days where I was nose-to-tail thru the hairpin with a Porsche 911 in the wet. My track times were only 1.5 sec slower in the wet, whereas the Porsche was closer to 9 sec slower (mostly driver not car). That makes a decent match when it pours ...

Now that those days are gone and I had a Touring, longing for a mint E30M3 for part-time track.
