Should just be a swap from the E32 door panel. Personally, I think it'd look kind of silly, but to each his own.

INSANE!! I was speaking to a mate of mine less than an hour ago about this very topic!!

I went in a friend's E60 530i last night... They have little, low illumination orange LEDs that shine onto the door handles, rear seat armrest/cupholders, and the gear shift/ I-drive console. And its GREAT!! Beautiful, subtle mood lighting that illuminates key areas of use within the cockpit (gonna have to retrofit some to my door handle surrounds).

Thought chrome interior handles would work well with the mood light- door handle mod.

    Gone but NEVER forgotten. :'(

    And then...

Shogun, the chrome mirror knob reminded me of something. Mine is missing and i need a new one, nothing else is chrome however and unless i am switching other things over to chrome i dont want a chrome mirror knob. Do you know of a place to purchase an OE mirror knob (just the knob that fits over the white plastic rod)

With the part number, BMA could probably get it for you. It probably wouldn't make sense unless it was ordered with other stuff to make the free shipping @ $50.00.
