BMW 3T alarm siren (UK) on 1995 318is

Hi,
The siren for my alarm (3T) seems to have packed up. BMW have quoted me £80 for a new siren plus £60 fitting. Is it easy to replace yourself? Is there a source in the UK for these sirens i.e. breakers yard which is reliable.

Incidentally, just paid £270 for both rear coils for the suspension to be replaced (both broken), was that a good price?
