I'm thinking Guibo (drive shaft flex disk), or Driveshaft Center Bearing (the rubber suround on that bearing). I'm not thinking alignment because you say "when accelerating".

1st and second gear are OK but when when it goes up to 3rd gear, it vibrates until the fourth gear between 50 - 60 km/hour. Later on it stops. The same thing happens when slowing down. Can it be 1 - alignment of wheels 2 - drivetrain - shaft or 3 - tranny box???

per se, only to your wallet possibly :^) the trip might be what makes it go out of balance, it really depends on how long its been a problem for you, i drove several 900 RT's with mine vibrating at 40mph, but i knew there was a possibility the thing might become unbalanced in the mean time. a new one is about $800 or so.
