Fuse compartment box Configuration

Does anyone know the right arrangement for the relays in the fuse compartment box?. 2 ports are empty in mine and there are some without the right pins. (1990 525i)

what do u mean without the right pins?

some will be empty, they are for other configurations like diesel and other engines and air con and stuff like that

there is no right configuration, only wrong ones!

thats great but only survives to complicate his question, i say this because that view looks nothing like mine! so its only going to cause more questions.

I dont think you are getting this Demi, not only does it depend on what options are fitted it varies depending on age

perhaps if u told us why you wanted to know, like something wasnt working correctly

if everythings fine i dont quite follow why you need to find out what fits in the blank space as it will serve no purpose

I want to be sure that the right relays have been used cos I discovered the relays I saw did not have exactly the same no of the socket pins. So, I wanted to know what would be the effect of this.
