i know i asked this a while ago, but i really dident get any anwser, mor or less, i was just thrown theroys.
here is what my car dose, when i hit the brakes, and come to a stop, it makes a moaning, whining sound, it is inline with the engine RPM, and also will be worse if i hadf to get on the brakes hard, surly someone else has conqured this problem, and can lead me in the right direction.

Are these the front brakes or rear ?. Any particular axle ?.
I had a situation where one of the rears were giving grinding noises before. One look of the rotor disks shows a sharp grove cut in it. Had to remove the brake pads and spotted a solid gravel stuck between the pads that was carving that grove and giving that noise. Use a screw driver to dig it out and re-fit. Fixed.
If your pads are half or more worn, replace them with new ones. Fairly inexpensive.
