    Default OEM... "Cert"? (Italian)

Looking at a pair of control arm bushings for my E36, and a seller on ebay claims his pair is OEM... a company called Cert, made in Italy. All the other ones I've seen are Lemforder.

Anyone know anything about Cert? Never heard of em... should I hold out for Lemforder?

Default Little quick for a response?

IMO, an hour (or is it 24 hours?) is a little quick to start asking for response. Often it takes a couple of days to get several responses in a thread that provide a full answer to a question.

In fact I have posted some questions that never recieved a response.

    Just my opinion.

Lemforder is best. No idea on Cert. DO NOT buy Ocap. Just add an 'r'.

Shayne have you any experiences with Ocap?

Hands down across the board you can "depend" on Lemforders quality.

Hamburg Technic is still being evaluated by a few members here with mixed results so far.

Bav Auto sells absolutly NO NAME parts which could be from anywhere.

Comparing if their sway bar links against Lemforder the Lemforders win by far.

I've always been suspect of all the suspension parts on Ebay... unless they said they were Lemforder I wouldnt get them... even with all the other choices BMA can give you, the price diff is only around $10 a part so might as well get the Lems...

Yeah... never heard of em either.

These are the emails back and forth...

"Are these the Lemforder bushings, or a different manufacturer?"

"They are OEM not lemforder. Thx."

"I was under the impression that Lemforder was the OEM for this part… who is the manufacturer?"

"OEM are lots of manufacturers. Original Equipment manufacturer. The ones I have are made in Italy by Cert.

    Thanks
    Robert"

    Brilliant!

Well I don't see Cert on this list and it covers a ton of the OEM suppliers for BMW

Ask Patrick or Yves if they have heard of Cert.
