Default M30 Cyl Head Removal Help

To do this I obviously have to remove the cam chain, but the manuals say :
" - remove distributor cap and rotor from front of camshaft."
" - remove rotor adaptor from camshaft."

I have removed the rotor (3 bolts), but does anyone know how this 'rotor adaptor' is attached ?

It doesn't want to pry off and there seems to be no centre fastener/bolt etc.

The picture shows the adaptor, but the shield on my M30 cannot be withdrawn over it as it it has a smaller centre hole.

The car in in pieces on my driveway ! ... so thanks in advance for your help.

Default Theres a bolt in the center of the adapter, you may have to

clean yours out to see it.
