    Default OT: Montreal Grand Prix

Anyone here going to the race in Montreal? This is my first time going to the race in Canada, but have been may times to the Melborne Grand Prix.

Any tips from those who have been? Maybe a group of us could meet up.

Default All I have to say is RUE ST. Laurent.........

You have to go there buddy. Not far from where the race is. St. Catherines Str. and Crescent Str are a lot of fun as well. The place is just jammed with people having a ton of fun. Montreal will be a town my friend. You will enjoy it. I hope you are staying in Downtown Montreal, otherwise have fun getting to and from the venue. I was there 4 years ago. Just nuts.

yea, get a group table, waitresses, unlimited supplies of booze... now that would be good. My old boss does that at Melbourne (I work at the GP sometimes). But I won't be in Montreal... sorry! Have a great time...

I am in Montreal..... This is the craziest city, women are hot and loose, strip joints galore, drugs, booze..... I can hook you up!!!

    I will be there!

there are always many special events on Crescent st, wheel changing competition (run by women in bikinis)
    and other fun things!

It is also one of the fastest tracks in formula 1, hard on brakes and always a few crashes!! (usually Villeneuve on his home track named after his father!)

Hotels are usually sold out fast so do not delay!

I hope the weather is good again this year, last year was sweet.

Yeah I got the last hotel in the city of Montreal that I could find, and that was back in January. I don't know if you have heard of it, it is the Hotel Eureka, and apparently it has only one star. My friend that I am going with is all scared that he will get robbed or murdered there.

But it should be a good weekend, and yeah I hope the weather is good.
