e34 brake judder

getting severe brake judder from front brakes onj my e34 525tds- replaced discs and pads thinking this would cure it but no!any ideas ? only happens under braking , maybe the pad carriers ?

Worn thrust arms/bushings also have this effect when braking from 60mph

also any other play in the steering system such as tie rod ends or center drag link. ANY play will cause this!
