What kind of upgrades/modifications would you do to a stock 1995 540i (automatic)? Looking for some help in spending more money. Thanks.

With $500 I'd get.....
....an EAT Performance Chip for $200...(actually I think they are NOW ON SALE @ $189, see top of main page)...and use the leftover $300 for a full tank of gas to cruise around on for a while. OK, maybe 3 bills will get you 2-3 tanks, but only if you hurry!

Yeah, I'm reading up on the EAT chips right now. Looks impressive! Has anyone had problems with passing emissions? I am in Davidson County (Nashville), TN and will need to pass inspection in order to get tags.

If you dont want a V1, change all filters, switch to M1 0W40 and use the rest to enjoy the drive.
