    Hey guys,

    A buddy of mine is looking to buy a 5-series (e34 or e39) 540 or maybe 530. can anyone tell me what years he should look out for (if any) and let me know what concerns he should have when looking to buy?

    Hey Adam - you probably already have this link, but just for the engine casting numbers, visit KMS:
