Coolent level?

I have a 1990 525i with the coolent reserve tank attached to the radiator. There are no cold and hot marks on the tank. What should the level be?

Take a look at the filler neck on the driver's side. You'll see a line on it that indicates the max fill point. It's been a while since I looked at mine, but I think its just about 1/3 to 1/2 the way up the neck.
