Default e34 fuel pump fuse problem

It was very cold yesterday and I went to start my '92 525 and it cranks but will not turn over. I read several posts on this very helpful thread; I am a newbie; and dicided to test fuel pump. I jumped the relay. I had power at the relay, but no pump. I then checked the fuse, which was fine, but did not have power when I applied the volt meter. I checked it with and without the relay jumper, no power. What elese could interupt the circuit between the relay and the fuse? Any help would be a godsend as the car is immobile. Thanks. Jesse

Default Nothing between relay contact and the fuse, but ...

wires and connectors. See picture. Remove the fuse and check fuse post for voltage once contact is wire bypassed, (guess you did already, but!), if voltage in relay socket and not in fuse post, you should debug the full wire connection, special attention to connector X20.
