Default New 740i exhaust fitted to 535i - looks great

I ordered an e32 740i muffler to replace the factory exhaust on my 535i. The tips are 65mm as opposed to the factory 55mm tips on the e34. The inlet pipes needed a litte work - but overall it looks and sounds great. I took and polished up the stainless tips instead of leaving them painted.

It is very quiet compared to the factory muffler. The difference in weight between the rotted factory muffler and the new one was amazing. I am just excited to loose the muffler death rattle at idle from the busted baffle in the old unit.

Make sure you clear coat the polished tips or they will tarnish

it should change tone a little after it burns in if it's a brand new muffler

Its brand new. Has Boysen stamped in it with an ebersparcher sticker - I always thought those were two seperate companies.
