How to pull out rear diff output flange?

Hi,
I manage to get rear diff with ratio 3.64 with the right bolt mount point.

But seems i need to swap the output flange from my original 4.45 rear diff into this diff. How to pull this out?

Appreciate for any hints.

block of wood and a hammer if you can't get it out by hand

Got it!!! I used wrench extension to pry it out. I used hammer. The one from the car was popped out just by hand, interesting, too easy...
