AC Not blowing cold

After 156k of use, I think my AC needs some work. It doesn't blow cold air anymore, and I can hear a hissing sound from the vents. Also, when I cut on the AC, I don;t notice the slight rpm drop at idle. Anyone have any ideas?

have you changed the microfilter??
