front off-side drivers door trim...

G'day,
Greetings from Oz...
I need to replace the front offside drivers door trim (in my case drivers door) on
my 1990 e34 bronze-beige mettalic 535...Trim is in light tan vinyl. I've emailed and phoned every euro car wrecker in Australia and the UK with no luck...

Been advised I can canibalise elec' mirror swicher/grip off existing trim so finding
a suitable replacement can now include N. America too...
Any suggestions as to where I could be looking would be much appreciated.
