i think maybe he meant 10 hours per leg of the journey??? that would make sense, if you held 70 mph, minus one or two gas fills and bathroom breaks &c.

Sometimes it's so hard to resist going that fast. I haven't had a ticket in 15 years and since I got the EAT chip, I've been stopped twice. Gainesville, Virginia to Akron Ohio and on to Saginaw Michigan. Car ran great also. 1400 total miles without a hitch. On my way back to Akron to drop off my sister, I averaged 23.5 mpg at 80 mph with an automatic. What great cars. They were built as the ultimate highway cruisers. I'm ready to go again.
