How to convert a/c blower speed control from Sword type to resistor type?

Can not find new or rebuild sword in my country, and my original sword can not be repaired anymore :(

you'd need the whole climate control system under the dash from another car. i did it to my 90 535 when i rebuilt it from a dash fire
