Err.. Will that fit on my M50?

no the 535i tranmission will not mount to a m50 but I have one that will.

Will it bolt on to '91 535im? I badly need one and i am in LosAngeles

I think you want one from a e34 not a e28 the e28 transmission is a little longer and you will have trouble with putting on the drive shaft.
