Awesome!
I'll see if I can drop by on my lunch break. :(
Another thousand kilo drive :) Need to arrange a cruise this time...
You'll have plenty of time to "cruise" driving down from Canada....:DQuote:

We all know you want to show off the 8. You don't need to make a lame excuse about the e34. It looked fine if not great last summer. But it is ok if you don't bring the e34. We all want to see the 8 anyway. Your 8 will be the 'it' car of this year's meet.Quote:

You don't want to park by those old E34's anyway...;)
Good choice for the ROAD TRIP Jeff...does junior still want to come with? I was afraid he was a little bored last year. Maybe we could bring something like a remote control car for him to tear up for the day. Let us know, ok?
Jr
Junior has a buttload of remote vehicles which his ADHD dont use. The fishing pole last year that Ed provided gave us some awsome pictures of the little lake in the park. Duckies floating around and beautiful scenery was excellent. I'm not sure on vehicle but the 8 is the likely victom if we have less than 3 people.

I really regret missing the meet last year. Looks like I'll miss it again this year though - too bad Chicago is so far from the West Coast. (I know I know - it's a lame excuse)
It would be great to make it down though, particularly with both cars...
Enjoy!

I do not have to say more than what was written by bimmer.info's own Jr in the Roundel. The event webpage will updated for all the information. For those that did make it out last year, it will be at the same place. I am looking forward to karting and then drinks the night before, putting names to the friendly faces. Will keep all of you updated..

Fushion- I think you have been busted. Where on the west coast are you?
Must be that "Youngin" talk.
My fav body kit is the Alpina. I hate pin stripping but for some reason I love it on the Bi-Turbo. I love the racing suspension also. I wanted some but they are like rediculous 2k$.
You should try and come so I can photograph your cars. Maybe get a ride.

Oh Oh am I invited? ;)
Mac, from my position as social director of bimmer.info, let me issue you a special invitation to bring your sparkling personality and your beautiful 540 to Chicago to have it photographed by Digital Estacy. You will have so much fun, it will feel like the shortest day of your life.:)
Well, I at least prefer to imagine I take quality photos.
There is kind of an Ubrandictionary.com definition for "Rape" - To utterly defeat another person in any form of competitive activies. Or To absolutely destroy.
Which Imo the Alpina does, and then I went in some small depth to explain why they do. Its also the fastest car ive ever felt so maybe im biased. Its just so gorgeous and sexy.
So with this urban word. The Alpina Bi-Turbo "rapes" all other E34's.

Edit: Bah Gayle, your editing your posts as im writting responses.
And no I can't get drunk at work. So sad.

So you can't get drunk at work, but you can get paid for hanging out on the internet and talking trash with us. Sweet.
I'm there. Itll be a week late 18th birthday present. Anyone planning a caravan from Indiana (around Muncie?)
Damn. You must be pretty popular having a 540 in High School.
I dunno about popular, but its for damn sure the prettiest car my school's ever seen. Probably the most cared for as well.

Oh no. Any possibility for a date change? 9-10 is Woofstock. I got married a few months back. Bought two puppies week back. She will want me to go to Woofstock with her that weekend with the puppies :| http://www.woofstock.ca/
Sorry, no possibility for a change. Event changes are not easy in any way.
