I set a parts washer on fire once doing something similar...
Guys in a KC area Porsche club I used to meet with did something similar, but theirs wasn't nearly that fancy. They said it seemed to work, but didn't have the ability accurately test anything. I paid $12 an injector a while back on my 951, probably hard to build a machine for that.
