We occasionally get those folks drifting by that just like to stir the pot. How should we handle them? Got one in mind at present...

On other forums I visit, there's a "report bad post" button on every post. Someone can click that and report to a moderator why they think that post is inappropriate. The moderator can choose to ban the poster temporarily or permanently if they wish.
That seems to me like a good way to get the whole community working against flames without making too much work for the moderators.
