Default I have a hughe electrical mess. After I installed those 100w bulbs

and you guys helped and told me to remove them. Thank god I did not fry the harness, I am lucky it is extremely cold in Egypt nowadays.
Then all of a sudden shit hit the fan:
    - The turn signals went , now the left signal turns the left signal on once and then the right signal is on all the time with no blinking.
    - The right signal does nothing and the hazard lights operate the left side only and they blink.

I tried changing the turn signals relay and the signals arm but in vain.
Yesterday it started raining and guess what?? The washer goes on when I need it but only stops when I stop the car and remove the key from the ignition, when I operate the washer the washers don't move as well. What next??
My car is completely nutts and I have a feeling those 100W bulbs did this??? Any ideas please...... I am completely lost and furious because of this a..hole electrician who told me to swap the bulbs.

Default you have to check all fuses and relays

as well as all the bulbs once more.
there are also 'hidden' fuses or which you cannot see so easily.
Like this one (note: pic from E32, better someone confirms that fusible link B is also in the E34)

if 'fuseable link B' has popped, these things won't work:

    Alarm (factory fit)
    Central locking
    Washer pump
    Windscreen wipers
    Radio
    Interior lights
    Radio
    Rear de-mister

Oh mon,you have toasted your wiring harness. This can turn out to a nightmare, hopefully the burnt wiring spot can be visible.

Default What should I do from here. Is there any danger of

fire or something else?? Is this only for the auxiliary wiring, I mean lighting and others?
Can this affect the controllers by any chance?
What are the next steps please???

Default Haven't got yet my crystal ball (on his way though),..

but even not having it yet, yes I can predict you may have serious consequences, depending on the damaged wires. What to do? If harnesses are toasted, should be repaired (or replaced) ASAP.

You will need a good car electrician, not the one who recommended to switch the bulbs.

get a Bently manual and take it to a good auto electrician. You may be able to figure out some of the problems with the manual though.
