Phone removal?

Any idea on how to remove the built in phone in the middle console area. It's a real eyesore from the 90s. It really looks like it's glued on.

If possible, I would still like to make use of the built in mic on the pillar.

take the phone off.. then the pull up on bottom piece.. it will pop out.. and iss fixed to the black plastic with screws... when you remove it will have drilled holes.. but looks much better then with the phone... there is a support piece that is in there.. if you remove it there will just be the tray.. but with holes in the corners (for the routing of wires)...
