Don't know where my mileage posts are but they are mixed in some other thread. Ahh the cam setting thread.

Here they are:

This is an auto trans and 3:64 gears.

Impressed at the mileage increase. Never could get more than 16. Now I'm getting 18.06 and that's with 5 or 6 60-80 runs and a run up to 130. Still need to study the cam timing before I retard the exhaust.

380 miles and full again. 17.7 based on 379 miles which was about 320 city. Not too shabby for 10% ethanol subsidized fuel.

478.8 miles 27.103 gallons 17.66 < a lot of slow mountain driving.

Can you give me some details what you are trying to achieve and how you set the cams? I have an M60B30 but I will drop in a M62B35 shat, cons, pistons and camshafts in a spare M60B30.

Another question on that for the engine guru's, can I take M62B35 NON VANOS Camshafts and put them in a M60B30 head? Will the sprockets fit 1 on 1 ? I want to keep the double chain.

I can't reply on any of that cause I have zero experience.
