I've searched around with no luck. Many other door lock issues, but none that I could find like this. The problem I have the is the thin bar with the hook end keeps coming off the piece that it threads through. I put it on, test the door and lock/unlock and it keeps popping back off. What is suppose to keep it on? Is there something else missing/broken that I am not seeing? Thanks in advance for any help.
