Guys,
HELP!!!OK I own a 325i (2001) and i have had it for about a year , i am at approx 110k miles and i am having all sorts of problems, 3 out of 4 of the windows don't work or are about to go out and need help up and down, and i have a pretty bad oil leak i would guess about a quart a week roughly leave a nice size stain in my drive way. and i cant tell where it is coming from , all i can tell is that the oil is hitting the fan and spraying everywhere making it even harder. i have read it might be the valve gasket , but i don't want to do all that work and that not be the problem anybody have any input about my windows and oil problems . Sorry but i am a first time BMW owner and i love the car to death! and how hard is it to replace the rotors and brakes on this car?
Thanks guys

Sorry for the late reply. I hope you've fixed it by now.

Rotors and brakes, very easy to do. You should be able to find write ups on it on the net.

And I can't really speak to the window problem. Usually an actuator problem if I'm not mistaken.

Well, I don't autocross, so I'm not too particular about pads and rotors. The non-fancy (not cross drilled or slotted) brembos are reasonable in price, the meyle or ate's pads are fine in my book. But then again, I'm not too picky. They don't have to be fancy, they just have to be new. Certainly others will have different opinions.

Value for money ATE are excellent. Their slotted rotors are equal in performance to original BMW and last a lot longer. Meyle are good also. If around Zimmerman have a good reputation but will be more expensive.
