This may be of limited interest, but just to confirm previous comments.
UK fuel prices when the different octane , imp/us/gallon/litre and $/£ exchange rate are accounted for would make the average and generally charged , but by no way the highest cost of your 91 rated fuel would be .......
$5.68 of which by 75% is two taxes the second of which is charged as a % on the first.
