95 740i Windows Roll down by themselves

Just started the car and the rear passanger window rolled down on by its self. It took for a while to get it to roll back up. It also rolled down half way when I turned into the drive. Any help on what it could be?

I would take a look at the harness where it enters the door and also the switches, especially if there has been a spill on them.
