Hi,

both of my rear rubber mounting (part #2 in diagram below) for rear axle carrier are busted. I need to replace them.

Appreciate for comment on replacing them:
- is it DIY? (I can change absorber on my own.. so i'm a bit DIYer)...
- other than the rubber mounting, what else critical to replace at the same time?
- Can i do this alone?
- how to push out the old rubber?
- and how to push in the new rubber mounting?

thanks in advance,
rahman

I assume you mean the beer cans. There is a lot in archives here in the 5 series forum, or here

Hi Shogun,
Thanks for the link. Yup, it's the beercan. But after looking at some of the postings, i think will change the pitman arm bushes as well...
