So I have a couple of small spots (1½" x ½”) on my Alpinewhite 2 car where I got to aggressive removing some bird $hit and left some very light scratches/swirls. Got some Mequiars Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner (http://www.meguiars.com/?auto-paint-cleaners/Deep-Crystal-System-Paint-Cleaner).
Best way to apply this by hand is in small circular motions or straight back and forth? Use a microfiber cloth or my finger? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Jim

Yeah, get an applicator - depending on the product it may or may not be abrasive, I prefer not - as I do my cutting with compounds.

Go buy a small foam applicator pad and evenly spread it on with even force - just remember not to shove it down, especially if you're using an abrasive cleaner (In that case use a RObuffer for sure)

i use this stuff once in a while in combination with their other products (softwash, polish and wax).. the paint cleaner won't remove the swirls, it just gets the dirt out that the standard wash doesn't...
