Some things that helped me out when doing diff seals and a speed sensor. 1. follow the bmwe34 directions. 2. get a seal puller and a seal driver, you'll save a TON of time if you have these. 3. Get a short 14mm allen key/ socket adapter. There's not a lot of room between the diff mount and the diff itself. If you're doing the speed sensor, do it with the right wheel off, you can actually get to the sensor. I only needed a 10mm ratcheting wrench and a 1/4" ratchet with a 10mm socket. Hope this helps anyone who has to tackle these jobs.
