The Hartge headers & downtubes only leave 16" of space between the end of the downtubes and the inlets of the stock resonnator. I've been running stub pipes in the interim & have to do the emissions test next month. I finally gathered the pieces and have the new cat's ready to install, so I'll find out tomorrow how it fares at the emissions place -- hopefully it will pass. I'll take it out for a hard run to get them good & hot. The custom cat's will bolt directly to the factory flared tube fittings. Hope they don't choke the performance too much, but I have an easy solution for that once it passes.
