G'day Everyone,
Just a few quick questions; I'm getting the Gong of Imminent Death telling me my brake linings are worn.

How much pad is left and how long can I drive with it like this, before it becomes metal on metal?

Are new pads expensive?

Are they relatively easy to change?

How do you reset the warning after replacing?

Thanks for any input.

A brake pad set in USA for the front costs about 65 online.
Cheapest ones 41 $
Brake pad wear sensor 6 $ per piece

I assume you still can drive a few thousand km. Depending on your driving style. To make sure, remove the front wheel and have a look what is left. Iron on iron is not that good for the brakes and your life.
After you replaced the wear sensors, the loop is closed and no more warning.
