I recently purchased a 1992 525it. I was wondering if I would be able to use my extra wheels with almost new snows from my 1994 audi 100csq. The wheels are both 15". The bmw tires are 225/60 R15 and the audi tires are 195/65 R15 91H. The wheels and tires are in great shape. I wish to avoid spending $500-$600 on a new set of snows. What are your thoughts?

Calculates to a 2.5% differance in speed which is within the 3% limit most recomend.
The car will be 0.3" lower with the audi tires.
I'm not sure if the audi wheels will fit but I dont see any reason not to use those snow tires on the BMW.
The narrower tires also help with snow traction(only in loose snow).

The specified load range for the 525it is 95H while the audi snows are 91H. Should this be a major concern? Will the difference in load range effect handling?

The wheels won't interchange and 205/65 is the recommended winter tire size.
The tires will be fine, in fact if you don't want them I could use them.
