My fiance is looking at getting a car here and her pops will be buying it. :-D

Came across a 2000 323Ci priced at $9,900 w/140k

The price caught my eye, and im a bit skeptical about buying something with issues. And if this is a good buy, I would like ot be aware of known issues with this year/model.

Vehicle information below:

Mileage: 140,000

Original Owner. Extremely clean and is in excellent condition with all service receipts. Premium Package, Sports Package, Xenon Lights, New brakes and rotors, new tires, rear spoiler, in-dash cd player and also 6 cd changer in trunk, radar detector. Mostly Highway Miles. I am also including my snow tires and alloy rims. The tires were only used for 1 season. I only have 3 tires because I got a nail in one of the tires and it wasn't repairable. You can buy an additional tire from tirerack.com.

I know it's old but they eat auto trannies and have weak subframes before 2001.
