BMW 730 V8 Strage problem with first engine start

My friend I will send photo which more clear to show here I have problem.
in fornt side of engine when only first start car.It break cover.
can Plz advise what to do.
plz see photo with info.

Crank case ventilation diapraghm. I only have a German info how to replace it, but with drawings and part numbers.
