Leaking heater hose

I have a 92 750ie. Water has begun leaking out from under the car. There is no water on the interior. I belive it is leaking at the heater matrix gromment where the heater pipes enter the fire wall. How does one take out the gromment? please help.

Usual place would be the heater valves and the aux water pump at the fire wall, there are a lot of hose clamps there. Check that out first. Especially the aux water pump could have a crack at the bottom where the motor is installed inside.
