Dumb Air Condition question:

Sorry for the stupid question guys, but my Uncle just a bought a (e38) 98 740il and we can't figure out how to totally turn off the heating/air conditioning system. I read through the manual 12 times, but still I can't figure how to completely shut it off. Thanks alot, Andrew

run the blower speed for the drivers side all the way down then push the button again, that shuts the system off

Hey Andrew, just hold the driver's side button to adjust the blower speed until you see one bar. Then press it one more time. It should go off. Not a problem Leroy
