torque specs for disc brakes

Second post in as many minutes! Recently replaced my dics/pads wondering what are the torque specs for the new discs and how to achieve that number as I just used an allen wrench to put my new discs back in place. TIA I am wondering specifically if this has a relation to my new shimmy problem. Thanks

Caliper to carrier guide bolts 26 ft-lb
Brake Caliper to Strut 81 ft-lb
Brake Rotor Mounting Screw 12 ft-lb
Road Wheel to hub 74 +/- 7 ft-lb
